• User ratings are now enabled so that users may review and rate their favourite specialists.
• User ratings undergo approval process to moderate information provided by users.
• Users may amend their ratings and reviews pre-approval.
• Backend admin can review and approve / reject ratings and reviews.
• Appointment feature removed due to low adoptibility and lack of integration with clinics; to be revisited later.

• Verification is a semi-manual process requiring document checks.
• Admin function to manage doctor verification processes
• Once approved, doctors may access their online profiles directly to edit and amend.
